Experience
As an Agile Coach/Scrum Master James has mentored and coached 10+ Teams to reduce workload whilst increasing the volume, consistency, and quality of software delivered to the customer, and more importantly, the end user.
James has also worked at the “Program” level to help department heads create visible, aligned, and prioritised backlogs of work, which results in clarity for Teams and therefore better outcomes.
