Mark Goodall
Chief Executive Officer

Mark heads UNIFY Solutions. With over 28 years management experience in both large and medium sized organizations across a wide range of market situations and business environments, his areas of expertise include strategic enterprise positioning, general & IT management, and business re-engineering. His career demonstrates a track record of leading teams to outstanding success. Together with the Chairman of UNIFY Solutions Board, Ian Ferrier, Mark engineered the establishment of the company in 2004 to bring the best identity and access management talent and product to Australia and a global market.

Peter Tiernan
Chief Business Development Officer

Peter is UNIFY Solutions' Strategic Alliances Manager. With over 27 years management, solutions development and architecting experience, Peter is recognized as one of Australia's leading evangelists for Identity and Access Management. He established the original UNIFY Solutions Development Team in 2004 which has proceeded to develop the UNIFY Identity Broker suite of commercial repeatable connectors for Applications and leading Identity and Access Management platform vendors. Peter has an excellent track record providing the full suite of Identity Management services including Business Analysis, Design and Implementation. Peter currently works closely with UNIFY's alliance partners to identify identity management solutions that extend their value to their customers.

Shane Day
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Shane is responsible for all UNIFY delivery, support, and product development functions. Shane has over 14 years experience developing enterprise software solutions, and comes from a background of computer engineering, information systems and insurance systems development with organisations such as Telstra, AFP, ACTEW and ACE Insurance. Shane brings extensive experience to UNIFY's technical team in the design and support of UNIFY product solutions following nearly 5 years managing the UNIFY Product Group. Shane supplies exceptional project management and team leadership to UNIFY and its customers.

Peter George
Chief Financial Officer

Peter is UNIFY Solutions’ Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all corporate services functions. Peter has over 30 years experience working in senior Financial roles with both Public and Private companies, across a range of industries. In recent years, Peter has focused on the financial management of SME’s contributing to strategic management, profit growth, financial control and business systemisation.

Peter Williams
National Sales Manager

Peter joined UNIFY as National Sales Manager following over 11 years of service to Microsoft in consulting and sales management roles. Peter is a passionate believer that the adoption of new technology can help businesses to succeed. He comes from a technology background and has moved into business management and sales. One of Peter’s greatest assets is his ability to clearly translate between the domains of business and technology. Peter’s role is to establish UNIFY Solutions as the Identity and Access Management Solutions provider of choice for businesses across Australia.

Bob Bradley
Manager - The FIM Team

Bob is one of UNIFY's senior Solutions Architects and leads the Microsoft Platform Practice. Prior to joining UNIFY in 2004, Bob worked as a systems integrator with Microsoft platforms for the previous17 years and, in particular, with Identity and Access Management since early 2001. He offers a wealth of Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager, SQL Server, SharePoint, Password Management and Business Intelligence expertise. Bob has been a key contributor to the UNIFY development teams, specifically with respect to the development of .Net connectors and custom management agents for FIM, and for requirements for UNIFY Event Broker. Bob is a sought after lead consultant who has delivered key Microsoft identity management references throughout the region.

Carol Wapshere
MVP - The FIM Team

In 2009 Carol was awarded a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) certification for ILM, mostly due to her well-known blog MissMIIS. In both 2010 and 2011 she was again awarded an MVP. During 2010 she has remained active as an MVP–writing instructional posts about FIM on her blog, contributing articles to an MVP project for the Technet forum, speaking at conferences and attending monthly web meetings with the FIM product group. Carol is a committed identity management consultant, specialising in FIM. She has over twenty years experience in hands-on technical roles, having started in systems administration and then moved into project, systems architecture and consultancy work. In recent years she has delivered many projects involving MIIS/ILM/FIM, AD and Exchange (2003–2010). Carol brings extensive Lotus Notes, Office365/BPOS, SQL, OpenLDAP, and eDirectory connectivity skills to The FIM Team.

Chris Cox
Manager - Identity Management Training Academy

Chris heads UNIFY’s IdM Training Academy. He has moved to UNIFY following five successful years working as a senior consultant and training specialist with Oxford Computer Group (OCG) in the UK. Chris has accumulated extensive experience working with MIIS/ILM and more recently FIM 2010 - in fact he has probably trained more ILM 2007 and FIM students than any other person in the world. He has a strong background in Active Directory and also co-authored an ADAM course for OCG as well as the MOC AD FS course for Microsoft (Microsoft Course 50065A). He has worked extensively as both a trainer and consultant with Microsoft's hosted email service offering, Live@Edu, deploying ILM for a number of clients in the educational sector in the Europe, the Middle East and now across APAC. In his role at UNIFY Chris is responsible for developing UNIFY's presence in APAC as a leading Identity Management specialist company and, specifically build a solid Live@Edu, FIM 2010 training and consulting offering in APAC.

Brad Dornan
National Projects Manager

Brad Dornan is UNIFY Solutions’ National Projects Manager. In this role Brad overseas UNIFY’s portfolio of public and private sector services engagements. With 12 years’ experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry, Brad has focused on large scale project and program management since 2005. Prior to Managing the UNIFY Solutions’ portfolio, he has had extensive program management experience in the education, training and border protection sectors.
