Mark heads UNIFY Solutions. With over 23 years management experience in both large and medium sized organizations across a wide range of market situations and business environments, his areas of expertise include strategic enterprise positioning, general & IT management, and business re-engineering. His career demonstrates a track record of leading teams to outstanding success. Together with the Chairman of UNIFY Solutions Board, Ian Ferrier, Mark engineered the establishment of the company to bring the best identity management talent and product in Australia to a global market.

Peter Tiernan Peter Tiernan
Chief Technology Officer

Peter is UNIFY Solutions Chief Technology Officer. With over 21 years management, solutions development and architecting experience, Peter is recognized as one of Australia's leading evangelists for Identity Management. He established the original UNIFY Solutions Development Team which for over three years has been the only one within Australia developing commercial repeatable connectors for leading Identity Management vendors - especially Microsoft and Novell. Peter has an excellent track record providing the full suite of Identity Management services including Business Analysis, Design and Implementation. Peter currently leads the UNIFY Delivery Practice which services customers in Australia, Asia and the US.

Shane Day
Manager - Product

Shane manages UNIFY Solutions' Product Development Team. Shane has 11 years experience developing enterprise software solutions, and comes from a background of computer engineering, information systems and insurance systems development with organisations such as Telstra, AFP, ACTEW and ACE Insurance. Shane's extensive experience in producing distributed applications with C#, .NET, SQL Server and ASP.NET provides UNIFY with a sound basis for innovative identity management product and framework development. Shane is responsible for design and delivery of all UNIFY products and roadmaps for UNIFY's Identity Broker, Event Broker, and connector product suites.

Chris Cox Chris Cox
Manager - UNIFY IdM Training Academy

Chris heads UNIFY’s IdM Training Academy. He has moved to UNIFY following five successful years working as a senior consultant and training specialist with Oxford Computer Group (OCG) in the UK. Chris has accumulated extensive experience working with MIIS/ILM and more recently FIM 2010 - in fact he has probably trained more ILM 2007 and FIM students than any other person in the world. He has a strong background in Active Directory and also co-authored an ADAM course for OCG as well as the MOC AD FS course for Microsoft (Microsoft Course 50065A). He has worked extensively as both a trainer and consultant with Microsoft's hosted email service offering, Live@Edu, deploying ILM for a number of clients in the educational sector in the Europe, the Middle East and now across APAC. In his role at UNIFY Chris is responsible for developing UNIFY's presence in APAC as a leading Identity Management specialist company and, specifically build a solid Live@Edu, FIM 2010 training and consulting offering in APAC.

Terry Kimball Terry Kimball
Manager - Business Analysis Practice

Terry manages UNIFY Solutions' Business Analysis Practice. With over 27 years experience in the IT industry working in both the public and private sectors, Terry has worked with clients in developing impressive business solutions that delivered promised benefits and associated cost savings. He has a strong record of achievement in directing projects working equally closely with small, medium and large organisations. Terry has overseen the development of the first real time SAP provisioning solution using Microsoft's MIIS and has invaluable insight into the business impacts of such IAM solutions. He has recently managed Business Analysis engagements in NSW Workcover and the Queensland Department of Education, Training and the Arts.

Bob Bradley Bob Bradley
Identity Management Specialist

Bob is one of UNIFY's senior Solutions Architects. Bob has worked as a systems integrator for the last 17 years and in particular with IAM since early 2001. He offers a wealth of MS SQL Server, MS SharePoint, MIIS/ILM and Business Intelligence expertise. As an experienced analyst and Microsoft Certified .Net Developer, Bob has also been a key contributor to the UNIFYConnect, UNIFYNow Event Broker and MOSS xMA development teams, specifically with respect to the development of .Net connectors and custom management agents for MIIS2003. Bob is a sought after lead consultant who has delivered key Microsoft identity management references.
