While many organisations embark on the IAM path with solutions for immediate problems, UNIFY recommends early development of a Strategic Blueprint as a foundation for an IAM program (of projects). Defining the Blueprint provides organizations with a clear vision of how to implement an IAM solution designed to achieve corporate goals, and the steps that must be taken to deliver a complete solution.
