Aurion Corporation signs MOU with UNIFY Solutions Unify Solutions today announced it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aurion Corporation to form a partnership for the purpose of extending the value of the Aurion's Human Resources and Payroll Software by the development, promotion and marketing of identity management products and solutions. UNIFY and Aurion have agreed to use their best efforts to bring together their respective capabilities and resources to develop opportunities around Aurion through the ongoing development of UNIFY's commercially available connecters and drivers utilising the Microsoft MIIS and Novell NIM2 IdM engines. UNIFY Solutions Managing Director Mark Goodall outlined that "UNIFY would work with Microsoft and Novell for further worldwide development, promotion and implementation of IdM solutions based on Aurion, actively promote Aurion as part of UNIFY's Identity Management offerings, and provide awareness and education of the benefits of Identity Management (IdM) and how IdM integrates with and extends the functionality of the Aurion Human Resources and Payroll Software". UNIFY Solutions believes Aurion has an outstanding future based on innovations such as its Employee Self Services module (ESS). |
